Dealing with your addiction in regards to your mental health and how the addiction has negatively influenced your life.

For dealing with the overall problem of your addiction, you can use the Mental Health app to do a focused session on your issues.

You can use the mental health app multiple times to address any issues that come up when reflecting on your addiction and the difficulties it has caused you and the people you care about.

Using the Mental Health app will give you a higher perspective and enable you to see the full scope of how the addiction is affecting your life.

Dealing with your addiction in real-time.

Addictions have a lot of energy behind them, that is what makes you lose control. You will typically need to use more than one command because of the amount of energy associated with the addiction.

Chemical addictions have a lot of energy and information behind them, remember that you are not the source of this energy or information, this is what makes it so difficult to stay in control.

Depending on the intensity of the addiction, the first few times, you might need to use up to 10 or even 20 commands to regain stabilization. These will massively help clean up all the addictive and disempowered information that is keeping you stuck in this loop.

In order to know what command to use, you need to evaluate your current state of mind that is making you desire the addiction.

Remember, before you take action on your addiction…

Notice your state of mind, identify the command that is associated with that state of mind, then do the command(s) multiple times.

Notice how your state changes and that you regain control. 

If you feel more in control, but still feel the pull from underneath, continue doing more Power Up commands.

To help you with your addiction, we have added a list of commands for different types of addictive behaviours.

*The Power Up command is going to be one of the best tools for any kind of addiction.

Addiction Triggers and
the commands to use

Craving a substance and feeling like you are losing control if you don’t get it. (Addictive substances such as cigarettes, vaping, heroin, meth)

You can alternate between the Control and Power Up commands.

Craving a substance because you need the energy (stimulants such as coffee, sugar, speed, cocaine).

You can alternate between the Explore and Energize commands.

Craving a substance because you don’t feel happy, smart or good enough (alcohol and various mind-altering drugs).

You can alternate between the Power Up, Explore and Energize Commands.

You can try using the Neurogenesis app based on the type of reaction you have.

Craving a substance because of pain in your body (pain killers).

You can alternate between the Contract and Expand commands.

Use Energize commands to pump more energy into your body and feel lighter.

You can try using the Cellular Regeneration app based on the type of reaction you have.

Craving an action to feel significant (Cosmetic Surgeries, Attention, Social Interactions).

Use multiple Power Up commands to boost your self-worth.

Use Explore commands to connect with personal goals and ambitions.

Craving sex, porn, intense sexual energy

Use the Control command to stabilize.

Use the Dissect command to divert the energy from a sexual outcome.

Use the Energize command to convert sexual energy into kinetic energy for productivity.

Use the Explore command to convert sexual energy into creativity and ideas to improve yourself and your life.

Craving an intensity and need to feel special, aka one in a million (Gambling).

You can alternate between the Power Up and Control commands.

Cravings to seek comfort (Fast Food, Greasy Food and Binge Eating).

You can alternate between the Power Up and Control commands.

Craving an activity to escape reality or put off responsibility (Netflix-binge, Video games, Social-media).

You can alternate between the Power Up, Explore and Energize commands.

Need to calm down from being too hyperactive (Sedatives, ADHD Medication).

Use multiple Inspire me commands to stabilize the excitement and train the brain to properly regulate energy flow. Doing this consistently will eliminate the drop afterwards causing the bi-polar effect.

Use Explore commands when excitement turns to aggression and anger when you don’t get what you want.

Each has a specific purpose, so you’ll want to do both.

While individual uses of the commands are designed for triggers that come up in real-time, the apps are designed for doing sessions on specific intentions.

The commands are used to clean up toxic information and unresolved conflicts accumulated in your memory. The apps can be used if you want to do a deep clean.

It all depends on the situation that you are going through and the intention you have set out for yourself.

There is no limit for how many apps that you can do. 

Physical health apps like the muscular rehab have a recommendation to do the app once every 2-3 days on the same area to give your body time to heal. 

However, you can do the muscular rehab app on different areas of the body within the same day. 

The most effective strategy is to be aware of your thoughts and read up on the different apps on the site, to know which one to use for the specific situation you are going through.

More often than not, certain situations may require multiple apps to achieve the results you desire.

A good practice is to re-evaluate where you are after doing an app, and if you are not satisfied with the results, do the app again to remove more unhealthy information. 

When resuming an app after a distraction, do the contain this command or select this command as you did in the beginning of the app sequence.

The contain this and select this command are used to establish a containment for the memory you activated.

Doing either command after a distraction will re-establish this containment and return focus.

You will only optimize the data in your memory for the commands that you have completed in a sequence for an app.

If you are going through a major shift and your body feels really toxic, eat 2-3 cucumbers in a day.

You’ll know it’s time to eat a cucumber if you are feeling toxic, and nothing looks good when you check the fridge.

It is recommended to eat only organic or greenhouse-grown cucumbers that don’t use pesticides.

Also, peel your cucumbers before you eat them, as they have an accumulative toxin in their skin to repel bugs!
