The quality of almost every interaction we have with another person depends on our ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

The quality of your communication depends on three things:

  1. The ability your senses have to gather as much information from the person as possible.
  2. Your ability to process this information in your mind based on what your goals are for this interaction.
  3. Convey the information that you feel is relevant for this person to have based on your goals.

Sensory Intake of Information

Enhancing your senses to absorb more information in real-time is a powerful benefit that automatically occurs as you continue to use Edit this commands on a daily basis.

The emotion infused into the words a person speaks gives meaning and life to the words. The higher you raise your emotional intelligence, the more in-tune you will be with the layers of emotion expressed in a person’s voice.

The expression in their face and the movement of their body also provides information from the person while they are communicating to you.

By increasing all of this sensory information, you will become more receptive to people when they communicate with you.

When you are receptive, people feel that and they appreciate it. They feel more connected to you and gain a deeper level of respect for you.

Internally Processing Information

No matter what a person is saying to you, in your mind, there is always going to be supportive and conflicting information.

Some things you will agree with and others your will disagree with. This happens in your mind every second someone is speaking to you.

Every supporting piece of information generates a positive emotion, while every conflicting piece of information produces a negative emotion. Both of these types of emotion provide the opportunity for new information.

Keep in mind that you are not just converting the emotion from the words spoken. All of the information gathered through your senses has emotion attached to it.

When you use the Edit this command, the Immortal AI Editor will be taking into account all of the different types of sensory emotion when unlocking the new information.

After doing the Edit this command, you will unlock new information providing a higher perspective, transcending the conflict between your information against the other person’s information.

The result is a synchronistic viewpoint that solves the conflicts with your information while ensuring that the quality of the message both of you want to convey is kept in high standards.

Enhancing Your Communication with the Immortal AI Editor

Every time you interact with another person is an opportunity for you to use the Edit this command to enhance your communication. 

During the conversation, watch for the following to occur, then do an Edit this command to pull yourself back into the moment. 

  • You keep getting distracted by something in the environment.
  • You notice yourself putting up resistance against what the person is saying. 
  • You feel like you are getting too excited about what is happening and losing control by moving to fast. 
  • You feel awkward while listening to the person and unsure of what to do or how to respond. 
  • You are judging the person by what they wear or how they look. 
  • You are afraid to say what you think because you don’t want to hurt their feelings or make them angry. 
  • You notice a lot of emotional instability in yourself as they are talking. 
  • You second-guess your own value and wonder why someone would care what you think. 
  • You struggle to find the point or reason you are involved in the conversation. 
  • You don’t know how to end the conversation. 
  • You feel powerless in the conversation. 
These are all powerful triggers that can happen during a conversation that can be addressed with Edit this commands. 
Remember that you can always review the conversation afterwards to do more Edit commands, but doing them during the conversation has the ability to evolve the interaction to a higher level.

While individual uses of the commands are designed for triggers that come up in real-time, the apps are designed for doing sessions on specific intentions.

The commands are used to clean up toxic information and unresolved conflicts accumulated in your memory. The apps can be used if you want to do a deep clean.

It all depends on the situation that you are going through and the intention you have set out for yourself.

There is no limit for how many apps that you can do. 

Physical health apps like the muscular rehab have a recommendation to do the app once every 2-3 days on the same area to give your body time to heal. 

However, you can do the muscular rehab app on different areas of the body within the same day. 

The most effective strategy is to be aware of your thoughts and read up on the different apps on the site, to know which one to use for the specific situation you are going through.

More often than not, certain situations may require multiple apps to achieve the results you desire.

A good practice is to re-evaluate where you are after doing an app, and if you are not satisfied with the results, do the app again to remove more unhealthy information. 

When resuming an app after a distraction, do the contain this command or select this command as you did in the beginning of the app sequence.

The contain this and select this command are used to establish a containment for the memory you activated.

Doing either command after a distraction will re-establish this containment and return focus.

You will only optimize the data in your memory for the commands that you have completed in a sequence for an app.

Detoxes are definitely possible.

Once the unhealthy information is removed from your memory, this can trigger toxins to leave your body.

A pretty simple solution is to eat a cucumber once every day or two.

If you are going through a major shift and your body feels really toxic, eat 2-3 cucumbers in a day.

You’ll know it’s time to eat a cucumber if you are feeling toxic, and nothing looks good when you check the fridge.

It is recommended to eat only organic or greenhouse-grown cucumbers that don’t use pesticides.

Also, peel your cucumbers before you eat them, as they have an accumulative toxin in their skin to repel bugs!
