While You Eat to Chew Your Food More And Gain More Energy

If you notice that you are not conscious while you are eating and you shovel the food down your throat as fast as possible, you can use Edit this commands in-between bites to increase your consciousness associated with your food.

The more conscious you become while eating, the more you will enjoy the real-time experience. The more you chew your food, the more energy that the food will give you. The less you chew your food, the more energy it takes to digest your food.

It all depends on the situation that you are going through and the intention you have set out for yourself.

There is no limit for how many apps that you can do.
