This is a powerful session for working with an injury involving muscles and tendons. The session typically requires 60 - 90 minutes to perform.

Understanding the Sequence

Read below to understand each part of the sequence in depth and how it all works together.

Getting Started - Activating the Memory

First, activate the area of your body you would like to work on by focusing on it. There are several ways that you can focus on an area of your body to activate that area.

Using multiple forms of stimulation will transfer the most amount of data to your working memory, providing better results. Spend 3 – 5 minutes to stimulate the area in multiple ways for the highest results.

Do the “Select this” command: Once you have stimulated the area of your body, do the “Select this” command to lock in all the data you activated. The Select command will keep all of the data you activated available throughout the session.

  • You can use your mind to focus on the area.

  • You can use your hands to apply pressure or alternating pressure, massage, or even tickle the area to stimulate the area and transfer data to your working memory.

  • You can use an object or another person to stimulate areas that are hard to reach.

  • Applying cold/ice/heat to the area is another way to stimulate the area.

  • Stretching and contracting (flexing the muscles) can also be used to stimulate the area.

Do the “Contract this” command. The Contract command will instruct your body to tighten a muscle group or filament, releasing pressure from another muscle group or filament that is being overworked.

Then do an “Expand this” command. The Expand command will instruct your body to relax the muscle group or filament that was overworked.

In this sequence, the Contract and Expand commands are used in succession. You can repeat these two commands several times to produce additional results.

Possibly, when you finish a combination of these two commands, your attention may move to another area on the body. That’s ok, just go with it and do another round of the combination.

Finish up the Sequence

To finish up the sequence, do an “Energize this” command. The Energize command will energize the area, amplifying the new programming that feels good.

Finally, do an “Integrate this” command. The Integrate command is very grounding and closes up the information in that area. 

The Integrate command instructs your brain to look at the higher quality data you just optimized when referencing the memory networks associated with the muscles you worked on. This higher quality data helps to heal the injury faster and may improve functionality.

Extra tips

Wait 3-5 Minutes between commands

Make sure you wait at least 3-5 minutes between commands, don’t be in a rush to do all the commands in the sequence.

Yawning & lightheadedness

If you are yawning, having multiple yawns that keep coming, different pressures moving through your body, and/or multiple waves of lightheadedness, wait until these sensations subside before doing the next command.

Take your time

Some commands can take up to 10-15 minutes to stabilize, this is ok if it happens. The commands initiate a discharge of pressure from the muscle fibres that can trigger chain reactions throughout your entire body. Enjoy it, those are the good ones that produce massive benefits.

Test after commands

You can push, poke, prod, or pinch the area after each set of Contract and Expand commands to see how it’s feeling.

Each has a specific purpose, so you’ll want to do both.

While individual uses of the commands are designed for triggers that come up in real-time, the apps are designed for doing sessions on specific intentions.

The commands are used to clean up toxic information and unresolved conflicts accumulated in your memory. The apps can be used if you want to do a deep clean.

It all depends on the situation that you are going through and the intention you have set out for yourself.

There is no limit for how many apps that you can do. 

Physical health apps like the muscular rehab have a recommendation to do the app once every 2-3 days on the same area to give your body time to heal. 

However, you can do the muscular rehab app on different areas of the body within the same day. 

The most effective strategy is to be aware of your thoughts and read up on the different apps on the site, to know which one to use for the specific situation you are going through.

More often than not, certain situations may require multiple apps to achieve the results you desire.

A good practice is to re-evaluate where you are after doing an app, and if you are not satisfied with the results, do the app again to remove more unhealthy information. 

When resuming an app after a distraction, do the contain this command or select this command as you did in the beginning of the app sequence.

The contain this and select this command are used to establish a containment for the memory you activated.

Doing either command after a distraction will re-establish this containment and return focus.

You will only optimize the data in your memory for the commands that you have completed in a sequence for an app.

Detoxes are definitely possible.

Once the unhealthy information is removed from your memory, this can trigger toxins to leave your body.

A pretty simple solution is to eat a cucumber once every day or two.

If you are going through a major shift and your body feels really toxic, eat 2-3 cucumbers in a day.

You’ll know it’s time to eat a cucumber if you are feeling toxic, and nothing looks good when you check the fridge.

It is recommended to eat only organic or greenhouse-grown cucumbers that don’t use pesticides.

Also, peel your cucumbers before you eat them, as they have an accumulative toxin in their skin to repel bugs!
