Sequence of commands
This is the full sequence of commands. Please note that this sequence has a repeatable set of three repeatable commands. You can scroll down to access the videos for this sequence.

Understanding the Sequence
Getting Started
First, activate the area of your body you would like to work on by focusing on it. There are several ways that you can focus on an area of your body to activate that area.
Using multiple forms of stimulation will transfer the most amount of data to your working memory, providing better results. Don’t rush this part, take 5-10 minutes to stimulate the area in multiple ways for the highest results.

You can use your mind to focus on the area.

You can use your hands to apply pressure or alternating pressure, massage, or even tickle the area to stimulate the area and transfer data to your working memory.

You can use an object or another person to stimulate areas that are hard to reach.

Applying cold/ice/heat to the area is another way to stimulate the area.

Stretching and contracting (flexing the muscles) can also be used to stimulate the area.
Doing the Contract, Expand, Delete Combination
Do the “Contract this” command. The Contract command will instruct your body to tighten a muscle group or filament, releasing pressure from another muscle group or filament that is being overworked.
Then do an “Expand this” command. The Expand command will instruct your body to relax the muscle group or filament that was overworked.
Follow up with a “Delete this” command. The Delete command will remove the corrupt data filtered from the previous two commands as well as additional corrupt data connected to the injury.
In this sequence, the Contract, Expand and Delete commands are used in succession. You can repeat these three commands several times to produce additional results.
Possibly, when you finish all three commands, your attention may move to another area on the body. That’s ok, just go with it and do another round of all three commands.
Wrapping up the Session
To begin wrapping up the session, do an “Energize this” command. The Energize command will energize the area, amplifying the new programming that feels good.
Finally, do an “Integrate this” command. The Integrate command is very grounding and closes up the information in that area. The Integrate command instructs your brain to look at the higher quality data you just optimized when referencing the memory networks associated with the muscles you worked on. This higher quality data helps to heal the injury faster and may improve functionality.
