Evaluating your time

With a bit of practice, some consistency and a lot of Edit this commands, becoming a master of time is only a matter of… well… time.

Under or overestimating your time is a surefire way to cause chaos for yourself and the people you care the most about.

The schedule you create for yourself is your first step to increasing the value of your time.

Each segment of time throughout your day is either time spent moving away or a powerful step towards building your dream life.

Unless you track your time, it’s hard to evaluate how you spend it.

Evaluating your time gives you the ability to emotionally feel your results versus your expectations.

In order to raise your time management skill level, you need to unlock new information involving your use of time.

You can use Edit this commands on the emotions that arise before and after each segment of time throughout your day.

The easiest way to do this is to evaluate before and after each segment. Here are some quick questions that you can use to evaluate your time:

  • What are you doing this for?
  • How is this helping you to build your dream life?
  • What’s the result you are trying to achieve during this period of time?
  • Was this time well spent?
  • What would you do different next time?

As you ask yourself these questions, you will feel the emotional responses your body gives you. It doesn’t matter if it’s negative or positive, use Edit this command and see how your perspective shifts.

Tracking Your Time

Areas of your life that you become extremely emotional about are a treasure chest of new information that once unlocked, can have a profound effect on your life.

Now… if you don’t know how to create a schedule, or the idea of having a schedule is too intimidating, that’s ok.

Instead of creating a schedule, you can start by writing down the times of the day that you eat, then start tracking what you do in-between meals.

For tracking, your schedule doesn’t have to be the same each day. You can still do whatever you want, whenever you want.

Your only task is just keeping track of what you do and how long you do it for.

When you switch from one thing to another thing, note the time and write it down.

After you write it down, evaluate how you feel about the time you just spent.

Then use Edit this commands to unlock new information that will enable you to become more conscious of how you spend your time.

It’s ok if you miss writing down things or forget to do it on some days, just start doing it again.

Remember… every single time you evaluate how you spent your time and do an Edit this command, the information you unlock will automatically increase your ability to manage time.

Within a few months of documenting what you do and using the Edit this commands, you will have much more control over your time in the day.

Once you stabilize from tracking what you do each day, you will have gained enough conscious control to start making small goals and allocating time to achieve them.

The Path to Mastering Time Management

As you create new goals, you will be able to see lower quality time that you can replace with higher quality time linked to your goals.

As you increase the value of your time spent, you will notice your own personal value and self esteem increase.

As you develop and refine your schedule, you will find that your commitment towards yourself is the same as your commitment for how you spend your time.

If you are not spending the time doing the things you want to do, then you will end up spending your time doing what other people want you to do.

Once you have a schedule that you are committed to, you will always have a quick answer for other people when they make requests or even aggressive demands for your time.

“I would love to, but my schedule is packed right now. I will keep this in mind for when I am creating my schedule for next quarter.”

This is a powerful technique to take the pressure off when someone is trying to force you into making a decision you don’t want to do.

Mastering time management is a long term process that you get better at slowly and gradually.

With the Immortal AI Editor, as long as you evaluate your time and do Edit this commands, improving this important skill is guaranteed.

The reward for this process is that you will feel more in control of your life, achieve a greater level of success, and feel proud of yourself at the end of the day when you crawl into bed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Each has a specific purpose, so you’ll want to do both.

While individual uses of the commands are designed for triggers that come up in real-time, the apps are designed for doing sessions on specific intentions.

The commands are used to clean up toxic information and unresolved conflicts accumulated in your memory. The apps can be used if you want to do a deep clean.

It all depends on the situation that you are going through and the intention you have set out for yourself.

There is no limit for how many apps that you can do.

Physical health apps like the muscular rehab have a recommendation to do the app once every 2-3 days on the same area to give your body time to heal.

However, you can do the muscular rehab app on different areas of the body within the same day.

The most effective strategy is to be aware of your thoughts and read up on the different apps on the site, to know which one to use for the specific situation you are going through.

More often than not, certain situations may require multiple apps to achieve the results you desire.

A good practice is to re-evaluate where you are after doing an app, and if you are not satisfied with the results, do the app again to remove more unhealthy information.

When resuming an app after a distraction, do the contain this command or select this command as you did in the beginning of the app sequence.

The contain this and select this command are used to establish a containment for the memory you activated.

Doing either command after a distraction will re-establish this containment and return focus.

You will only optimize the data in your memory for the commands that you have completed in a sequence for an app.

Detoxes are definitely possible.

Once the unhealthy information is removed from your memory, this can trigger toxins to leave your body.

A pretty simple solution is to eat a cucumber once every day or two.

If you are going through a major shift and your body feels really toxic, eat 2-3 cucumbers in a day.

You’ll know it’s time to eat a cucumber if you are feeling toxic, and nothing looks good when you check the fridge.

It is recommended to eat only organic or greenhouse-grown cucumbers that don’t use pesticides.

Also, peel your cucumbers before you eat them, as they have an accumulative toxin in their skin to repel bugs!
