Under or overestimating your time is a surefire way to cause chaos for yourself and the people you care the most about.

The schedule you create for yourself is your first step to increasing the value of your time.

Each segment of time throughout your day is either time spent moving away or a powerful step towards building your dream life.

Unless you track your time, it’s hard to evaluate how you spend it.

Evaluating your time gives you the ability to emotionally feel your results versus your expectations.

In order to raise your time management skill level, you need to unlock new information involving your use of time.

You can use Edit this commands on the emotions that arise before and after each segment of time throughout your day.

The easiest way to do this is to evaluate before and after each segment. Here are some quick questions that you can use to evaluate your time:

  • What are you doing this for?
  • How is this helping you to build your dream life?
  • What’s the result you are trying to achieve during this period of time?
  • Was this time well spent?
  • What would you do different next time?


As you ask yourself these questions, you will feel the emotional responses your body gives you. It doesn’t matter if it’s negative or positive, use Edit this command and see how your perspective shifts.

Tracking Your Time

Areas of your life that you become extremely emotional about are a treasure chest of new information that once unlocked, can have a profound effect on your life.

Now… if you don’t know how to create a schedule, or the idea of having a schedule is too intimidating, that’s ok.

Instead of creating a schedule, you can start by writing down the times of the day that you eat, then start tracking what you do in-between meals.

For tracking, your schedule doesn’t have to be the same each day. You can still do whatever you want, whenever you want.

However, you can do the muscular rehab app on different areas of the body within the same day.
