Tension and pain in a muscle group is typically due to a reverse in polarity, where the muscles that are too tight need to relax and the muscles that are too relaxed need to tighten.
You can use the Contract and Expand commands to reduce this tension and pain. This is a powerful way to relax your muscles, increase blood flow for healing and feel more comfortable in your own body.
Use the Contract and Expand commands to recalibrate muscle fibers after an injury. They can also be used to adjust posture.
To access muscular memory, focus on the tension in your body, this pulls the data into your working memory, then use the Contract command.
To focus deeper into a specific muscle issue, use the Select this command to lock your focus into that area of your body.
It’s best to always use the Contract command first, then use the Expand command after.
1. Individual Trigger:
Use to instruct your body to tighten a muscle group or filament, releasing pressure from another muscle group or filament.
The Contract and Expand commands are best used in conjunction with each other. Use the Contract command first, then the Expand command second.
Use the Select this command at the beginning to stay focused on a specific muscle group for a longer sequence of commands.
Use the Delete this command after each Contract & Expand command to remove corrupt data from the muscle group.
Finish the sequence with an Integrate this command to lock it in the new data at the highest priority.
Do a Dissect command after completing the Integrate command to remove past muscle memory.
Overall Body Relaxation Session
It’s possible to do an overall body relaxation session using just the Contract and Expand commands.
- First, lay down on a flat surface.
- Second, notice where in your body there is tension.
- Third, do both the contract and expand commands.
- Fourth, focus on the next area of the body that has the most tension.
- Continue repeating this process until you feel you are complete.
Complete the Delete this command to boost physical health and brain performance.

This breath sequence is for the Control, Compress and Contract commands.
It is important that you use the proper variation based on the command that you just did.
