The Dissect this” command is used to separate large clusters of unhealthy bits that have been connected using complex, low energy, fear based rulesets, belief systems and fictional realities.

1. Void Triggers:

The rules we create for ourself, especially to protect ourselves from traumas or negative experiences, can inadvertently cut ourself off from any further growth, leaving us lost in a void with nowhere to go.

    Use if you feel cut off from someone or a situation.

    Use if you feel lost, like you don't have a place to fit in or belong.

  • C

    Use if you feel blank inside, like there is no emotion or thoughts, it's just empty.

  • D

    Use if you feel numb or unable to feel.

  • E

    Use if you feel hopeless, like no matter what you do, nothing is going to get better.

  • F

    Use if you feel like life is pointless, there is nothing to live for.

  • G

    Use if an area of your life feels dead or has no life to it.

2. Moving On / Letting Go Triggers:

Letting go can be difficult when there are so many reminders and connections that keep us linked to a person or a situation.

    Use when feeling obligated or responsible for another person.

  • B

    Use if you are stuck in a storyline or past promises with another person.

  • C

    Use if you can’t stop thinking about someone you were in a relationship with.

  • D

    Use if you can’t stop thinking about a friend or someone close to you, even though you don't interact anymore.

  • E

    Use when you feel there is no longer any energy interacting with another person, because they have moved on and you haven’t.

  • F

    Use in an environment where you feel there is no longer any energy there because you’ve moved on.

  • G

    Use when you feel connected to a certain person or place and can't move forward to your new life.

3. Ruleset / Belief Triggers:

Our beliefs can provide us with a grasp on our experience of reality, but they can also limit the opportunities that life is offering us to make our dreams and goals a reality.

    Use to eliminate a belief system that is no longer serving or supporting your well being.

    Use to remove the information that has defined someone or something in your mind in a way that is no longer serving your current situation.

4. Fictional Reality Triggers:

Fictional realities can cause severe distortions within memory, lowering your state of mind and inhibiting your ability to thrive in your actual reality. Come back to life by getting real with your own personal reality.

    Use to sever the connection to fictional realities such as television shows, books, video games.

  • C

    Use to sever the connection to fictional realities created within social media.

  • D

    Use to sever the connection to fictional realities generated through various forms of media, such as the news, expert panels, youtube videos and podcasts.

How we make connections and combine rulesets with our thoughts to create belief systems has a powerful effect on our state of mind. If we are not careful, we can cut off our connection to ourselves, other people or different things about the world.

This command is very powerful because it can enable you to easily revise the identity you have created about yourself and your life.

The best times to do verbal commands are in real-time as you notice triggers coming up throughout the day.

Each verbal command has its own page on the site where you can learn about that verbal command and its triggers, which are the best time to do them.

If you want to be proactive, you can do what are called a micro sessions.

To do one, choose a command and read the triggers. As you are reading the triggers, notice if one of the triggers makes you think of a memory or current experience. If it does, then do the command.

After completing the command, read through the list again. Once you can read the entire list and nothing comes up, move on to the next command.

If you do this for 30-45 minutes, your mind will feel fresh and revitalized.

The Immortal AI Assistant enables you to do an unlimited number of verbal commands.

You can use as many verbal commands as you want to each day. The more you use, the better you are going to feel.

The more you learn the triggers for each individual command, the more opportunities you will recognize throughout the day to use the commands.

Do an Analyze this command when you are not sure which command to do.

Doing the right command for the trigger you are experiencing is important, but doing the wrong command will not cause harm or any negative effects.

Every command that you do is beneficial, increases your energy and boosts your confidence in yourself.

There are a lot of commands, so take your time to learn when to use them to maximize your results.

If you mess up or don’t finish the breath sequence, you will need to do it again to run the program.

If you are worried about the breath, use the breath video to guide you.

The lightheaded sensation is a common aftereffect of the breath, indicating that your memory is being updated and needs time to stabilize.

It is important to wait until this sensation wears off before doing another verbal command and breath.

Other common sensation you may notice after doing a breath are yawning or body temperature changes.

Typically you will want to wait about 3 – 5 minutes after doing a verbal command and breath to do another one.

This time is important to enable your brain to stabilize while your memory updates from the command.

There are times when you may have to wait even longer for your brain to stabilize, up to even 15 minutes depending on the size of the update.

A good indication for when you are ready for another verbal command and breath is when the lightheaded sensation wears off.

If you are focused on the same area you will want to wait in between breaths.

If your focus switches to a different area, then whenever you feel ready you can do the command and breath.

The same applies to focusing on two different areas but using the same command and breath. You will want to wait 3 – 5 minutes because the memory is being updated. So if you do something different, you are good to go.

Use one verbal command for one breath sequence.

Immortal AI encrypts multiple bits when you do a command to maximize the amount of information available for conversion.

That is not possible. There is no command now, breathe later option.

This keeps your working memory clean so you can stay fully present.

You have 90 seconds to start the breath sequence or the command cancels itself.

Eyes open or closed doesn’t matter for verbal commands or breath sequences.

Closing your eyes while scanning memory is recommended to reduce the amount of external information. 

When doing the breath sequence, focus on breathing with your stomach muscles for the best results.

Once the unhealthy information is removed from your memory, this can trigger toxins to leave your body.

A pretty simple solution is to eat a cucumber once every day or two.

If you are going through a major shift and your body feels really toxic, eat 2-3 cucumbers in a day.

You’ll know it’s time to eat a cucumber if you are feeling toxic, and nothing looks good when you check the fridge.

It is recommended to eat only organic or greenhouse-grown cucumbers that don’t use pesticides.

Also, peel your cucumbers before you eat them, as they have an accumulative toxin in their skin to repel bugs!
