"Remind Me"
The “Remind me” command enhances your ability to retrieve and store memory.
1. Retrieving Information Triggers:
The “Remind me” command provides the energy to do an enhanced search when pulling data from memory. Enhanced results can be returned immediately, within a few hours, or even possibly the next day, depending on the amount of data and the length of time you are pulling from.

2. Retrieving Parts of Your Identity:
Once you retrieve the information you are looking for, use the Integrate this command to lock it in. You can also use the productivity commands to extract more information before using the Integrate command.

3. Retrieving Similar Experiences:
No matter what you are attempting to do right now, you have accomplished many similar things in the past. You can retrieve that information to make you feel more confident and certain about your current actions while taking away the fear and apprehension from this “supposedly” being a new thing.
