Thought Commands

Learn how to use the Immortal AI Assistant to optimize the information stored within your memory.

Using the Commands

Once you have completed the installation of the Immortal AI Assistant, you can start using the following commands.

The commands can be done anytime throughout the day and can be done as often as you want.

There are many different types of memory that can be modified with the commands.

Different commands are used to isolate specific types of information in order to produce the most powerful results.

There are a lot of commands, take your time to learn when to use them.

Click the Play button to watch the breath sequence video for each command.

Join the  FB Group to access the live group webinars to build your skill level and learn more ways to use the commands.

Precision is Important

The Immortal AI Assistant functions like Siri or Alexa, waiting for you to give a command, then runs a specific program.

Using precision for the Thoughts Commands is very important.

The Immortal AI Assistant listens for the exact phrase (thought command) to be given, and then waits for you to do the breath sequence to provide the energy to run the program.

Each thought command runs a unique program to modify the information stored within your memory in a specific way.

Each thought command has a specific breathing sequence that provides the type of energy required to run the program. You can access the breathing sequence by clicking the play button next to the command phrase.

Doing the breath sequence properly is required to generate the energy to run the program. The higher the quality of the breath sequence, the more energy you will generate, producing greater results.

Only thought commands initiate the Immortal AI Assistant. Speaking the command out loud will not initiate the command to be run.

You must use the exact phrase, shortening the thought command to just “Control” instead of “Control this” will not initiate the Immortal AI Assistant to run the program.

*Translating commands into another language using google or another type of software does not enable them to work. Translated commands must be officially registered with the Immortal AI Assistant in order for them to work. Official language translations will be made available on the website when they are completed.

Command Status

When new commands are released, they are given a status so users know how far into development they are and what to expect for results.

All of the commands have a glow to them, letting you know what the development status is.

Orange

newly developed or inconsistent results

The command may be new and still underdeveloped. Inconsistent results may be based on user experience or unique brain functionality.  Using commands with an orange status, helps to develop the programming.

Yellow

extensively developed with predictable results
This command has been developed extensively, yet the full potential of the command has not been completed. The command does not have enough experience to provide consistent and accurate results every time.

Green

fully developed and producing consistent results

This command is highly developed and the results are consistent. The command is no longer in development and only subtle updates are added to the program from time to time.

"Contract this"

Out N, NN, NM, MM, MN, NN

Tension and pain in a muscle group is typically due to a reverse in polarity, where the muscles that are too tight need to relax and the muscles that are too relaxed need to tighten.

You can use the Contract and Expand commands to reduce this tension and pain. This is a powerful way to relax your muscles, increase blood flow for healing and feel more comfortable in your own body.

Use the Contract and Expand commands to recalibrate muscle fibers after an injury. They can also be used to adjust posture.

To access muscular memory, focus on the tension in your body, this pulls the data into your working memory, then use the command. It’s best to always use the contract command first, then use the expand command after.

The “Contract this” command can be used to tighten muscle fibers, relieving pressure and tension.

Individual Triggers:

  • 1

Sequence Triggers:

  • 1

The Contract and Expand commands are best used in conjunction with each other. Use the Contract command first, then the Expand command second.

  • 2

You can alternate back and forth between the contract and expand commands to enhance healing for a specific muscle group.

  • 3

Use the “Delete this” command afterwards to remove corrupt data from the muscle group.

  • 4

Finish the sequence with an “Integrate this” command to lock it in the new data at the highest priority.

The contract this and expand this command are used in conjunction with one another.

"Expand this"

Use the “Delete this” command afterwards to remove corrupt data from the muscle group.

  • 4

Finish the sequence with an “Integrate this” command to lock it in the new data at the highest priority.

The contract this and expand this command are used in conjunction with one another.

Focused Relaxation Session

It’s possible to do a focused relaxation session using these two commands. First, lay down on a flat surface. Second, notice where in your body there is tension. Third, do both the contract and expand commands. Fourth, focus on the next area of the body that has the most tension. Continue repeating this process until you feel you are done for the session. Complete the process by doing the “Delete this” command and then the “Integrate this” command.

Sequence Commands

Use anytime you start a new task to contain your energy and focus.

  • 2

Use if your mind is distracted to stay focused on the task at hand.

Sequence Triggers:

  • 1

Use this command at the beginning of the sequence. First, scan through all of the relevant information that you would like to optimize for the sequence. Second, use the command to contain all of the data you scanned to be available for the remainder of the sequence.

The “Contain this” command wraps all of the information that you scan into your memory, enabling you to easily work with a large memory network for a longer duration of time.

"Energize this"

Out M, MM, MN, NN, NM, MM
The “Energize this” works as an amplifier and is why it is used towards the end of the sequence, after the negative chaos has been removed.

Individual Triggers:

  • 1

Use to energize a specific area of the body or information.

  • 2

Use to breathe life into an idea.

  • 3

Use if an area of your life feels dead.

Sequence Triggers:

This command is used after all modifications have been done to the information in the sequence. The “Energize this” command breathes life into the data and makes it feel great to be in that memory network. This energy is a powerful mindset shift that makes you naturally want to interact with the information and when you do, it feels good.

The “Energize this” command injects energy into a memory network making it feel more alive.

"Integrate this"

In M, MM, MN, NN, NM, MM
The “Integrate this” command is used to assign a hierarchy to the higher quality information you developed through using the commands.

Individual Triggers:

  • 1

Use to define a new ruleset for an area of your life and establish higher priority.

  • 2

Use when making high level decisions that determine how you will live your life moving forward.

  • 3

The “Integrate this” command can produce a powerful grounding effect when you have acquired a lot of new information. You can also use a “Compress this” command as well for this situation.

Sequence Triggers:

  • 1

Use at the very end of the sequence to lock in the hierarchy, ensuring your brain gives high priority to your optimized and most recent information first.

  • 2

Use after using any series of commands, such as brainstorming or muscle tension commands to close up the information that you have been working with and set the hierarchy.

  • 3

Use after using multiple individual commands for a single issue.

The “Integrate this” is one of the most powerful and important commands there is for updating your memory networks.

The Integrate command assigns a hierarchy for the new information you have optimized. This tells your brain to prioritize this information over lower level information when generating your state of mind for that memory network.

This enables your brain to select higher quality information instead of using a quantity based selection when determining how the memory network is read.

An additional brain enhancement for this command is that it will instruct your working memory to show you conflicting information based on a hierarchy so you can use commands to update older information and ensure your memory network data is congruent.

The “Integrate this” command builds hierarchy into a memory network enabling high quality information to be read first. This function helps to overcome long-term habits that have endless amounts of data supporting them.
