"Compress this"
The “Compress this” command can be used to make large quantities of information more manageable, identify the higher values in what you are working on and discover key areas that are not up to your standards.
The productivity commands are great to use whenever you are studying, working with information and setting goals.
1. Overload / Overwhelm Triggers:

Use when you have gathered enough information that it now feels overwhelming.

Use when you feel overloaded or that you are not smart enough to handle this.

Use if you are overwhelmed and feel like giving up, letting go, or quitting.
2. Identifying Higher Values:

Use if you find yourself questioning why you are even doing this project, task, etc....
3. Identify Hidden Emotional Conflicts

Use if you are overall satisfied with your plan but you still feel like it still isn't up to the highest standards.

Use if something doesn't feel right but you are unsure of what it exactly is.
4. Opposite Triggers for Productivity Commands:

If your head is moving up and down, use the Compress command.

Sequence Triggers:

The “Compress this” and “Extract this” commands can be used back and forth within a sequence to rapidly evolve the information you are working with.

"Delete this"
The “Delete this” command is used in combination with many of the other commands.
In total, there are three breath sequence variations for the “Delete this” command.
This breath sequence is for the Control, Compress and Contract commands.
It is important that you use the proper variation based on the command that you just did.
