"Explore this"
The “Explore this” command can be used to convert positive emotions into kinetic energy that enables you to take action.
1. Positive Emotion / Biological Triggers:

Use during bursts of energy to stabilize and slowly drip the energy out in a constructive way.

Use when overly excited about something and you need to calm down and focus.

C
Use when you have a lot of energy but the people around you don’t.
-
D
Use when you notice your foot tapping or your body is vibrating.
2. Encouragement Triggers:

Use when you have encouraging thoughts or voices in your head.

B
Use when you notice yourself love bombing or over encouraging someone.

C
Use when you notice that you need encouragement or support in order to do something you desire.
3. Needing Recognition / Approval Triggers:

Use when you find yourself needing reasons or validation for why you want to do something.

If you are doing something awesome and you have the thought “I wish someone was around to see how awesome I am.”

Use when you feel yourself craving approval from someone you admire.

D
Use when you feel yourself needing recognition from someone you are attracted to.

E
Use when you are overly confident in order to reassure yourself it is going to be okay.
4. Appreciation / Flattery / Validation Triggers:

Use when you feel like giving excessive praise to another.

Use if you don't feel good enough to talk to someone you admire.

Use when you feel the need to do some ass kissing.

Needing appreciation from the people around you to feel good enough.

Use when you require validation from others before you can do what you want.

Use when you find yourself needing reasons or validation for why you want to do something.
5. Intriguing / Inspiring Triggers:

Use when you want to explore something or are curious about taking a new action.

Use when something or someone piques your interest and you would like to know more about it.

Use when you come up with an idea and want to delve further into it.

Use when someone or something inspires you with an overwhelming positive emotion or energy.
6. Excuse / Procrastination Triggers:

Use when you find yourself making excuses for why you can’t do something.

Use when you have come so far but feel like quitting before you reach your goal.

Use when you notice yourself talking about how you are going to do something in the future.
7. Fantasy Triggers (Without Violence)
If fantasies include violence, use the Power Up command.

Use during fantasies of a perfect life on a beach with nothing to do but enjoy life with servants taking care of you.

Use during fantasies of winning the lottery and having unlimited amounts of cash.

Use during fantasies of having super powers that enable you to do anything you want at any time.

Use whenever you connect internally with a dream or goal for your life and it is something that you’ve always wanted, but feel like it will never happen for you.

"Delete this"
The “Delete this” command is used in combination with many of the other commands.
In total, there are three breath sequence variations for the “Delete this” command.
This breath sequence is for the Explore, Extract and Expand commands.
It is important that you use the proper variation based on the command that you just did.
